This company actually gave my brother good faith deeds and truth in lending documents from a bank that never even heard of him. Quoting a rate of 6.75 on the papers then at closing sold the loan already and charged him 8.75. They put forced insurance on him which he already had insurance. Charged late fees every month because they changed the late fee days from 15 to 10 with the false papers from the first bank. They took 455.00 out of his checking account unauthorized. Then charged him ISF to him. Need I say more.
The only good thing that may come out of this is the bank they falsified requested me to bring in the papers that they used their name with and they weren't very happy. We should have a Class Action suit against them!
