HOMEQ SERVICING CORPERATION Ripoff, FRAUD COMPANY, WATCH OUT FOR THEM, YOU WILL LOSE EVERYTHING!! JACKSONVILLE Florida

My parents originally financed their home thru the money store. Then it was turned into HOMEQ. Last year my father got sick and was out of work alot. He was late on the house payment that is $714.00 a month.

My father was private and never let my mom know alot about the bills, he passed away Dec. 20, 2004. After his death we were going thru paperwork and found where their house was in foreclosure and a sell date was only a week away.

We tried talking to Homeq, but all they could say is we need 14,000.00 paid in order to keep the house. We explained about my fathers death and they said that was irrelevant.

In our search thru paperwork, we found money orders that my father had sent to make his payments but they were returned. He was paying $1500.00 month to them to catch up his late payment, but they refused them and forced them into foreclosure. My mom had to file a Chapter 13 Bankruptcy to stop the foreclosure.

We now have to still make the 714.00 month house payment, but also we now have to pay the court money each month for the back payments. The money orders totaled over 8,000.00 they had returned. If they would've accepted the money orders, it wouldn't be behind at all.

Now we are stuck because my mom is trying to get on disablity and even with my help we cannot afford this payment. We are going to try and sell the house. They only owe 7 more years and the house would be paid off.

How do these people get away with this? How can they do this to people and get away with it? Is there anything that can be done to them??
