I have read several of the reports against this company and was blown away that we aren't the only ones suffering from the horrible wrath that this company is creating. We are experiencing all of the same problems that you all are. No monthly statements, harassaing phone calls at all times of the day-seven days a week, unexpected and unexplained hikes in our monthly payments, and we have so far faced and overcame 2 foreclosures and we are currently facing our 3rd.

I just wanted to let you all know that if you have ever faced foreclosure with this company and have come out from under it and regained control of your payments you need to have your credit report checked. We are currently trying to refinance with another company and we have been turned down 2 times so far... and then the man that we are working with called us with a bit of news that we were unaware of.

If you have faced foreclosure, this company reports it the credit bureau's and it is put on your credit report (which terribly hurts your chances to refinance and get away from them). But if you have done what we have (pay off the amount needed to get back to your regular monthly payments and up to date) they have to remove that from your credit record. We came out from it 2 times and because they never reported it we showed 2 previous foreclosures on our credit history which resulted in us being turned down for a new loan through a new company.

Thanks to the help of the company that we are currently working with we are having our credit history cleared and we are on our way to getting as far away from HomeQ as we can get. I suggest that if it isn't to late and you can do the same thing that we are, DO IT. This company has had several complaints filed against it through the better business bureau, and it's not just the california office. All of their branches have complaints.

We still are in the process of foreclosure with HomeQ so if and when this goes to court I will report on here again and let you know what progress if any we have made.

Get a lawyer, a copy of your credit report, and get out!!!
