Homesavers USA ripoff! Takes your money, then forgets about you! Total Scam! Charlotte North Carolina

Homesavers USA sells themselves as a company who is there for you when you need them; ready to help when you when you're in the most need. They convince you they can help you; then they take your money and basically do nothing!

After paying them $900 that could of been paid to my mortgage company, they did next to nothing. They claim they have several ways to help you sell your home, then when it comes down to it, they go for the easiest option - a forbearance plan - which you can do on your own with the mortgage company. They negotiated a HUGE payment with my mortgage company, more than I had done on my own; then said that was all they could do - no choice but to sign. THE END.

They NEVER return phone calls or respond to emails. They are clearly in it only until they get your signed contract and your money; then they're done! NO RESPONSE AFTER SEVERAL WEEKS IS UNACCEPTABLE WHEN DEALING WITH THESE MATTERS.

As others have said, save yourself time and money and deal with your mortgage company directly on your own - you have nothing to loose. YOU can do exactly what THEY do simply by contacting your mortgage company's collections or home retention department. They'll work with YOU as quickly as they'll work with anybody else - why pay somebody who is worthless!
