Homes.com/Homes connect Subsidiary of Dominion Enterprises which is a subsidiary of Landmark Media overcharge and will not refund advertising fee, trouble cancelling account Norfolk Virginia

I advertised my services as a realtor and was billed twice for the same geographical area.  Tried to get a refund and stop the double billing but no answers to my emails and was never able to correct account through their accounting department.  Was not allowed to talk to anyone in the company except the employee who answered the call.  Ask to speak to a supervisor since they would not transfer me to accounting.  Supervisor busy would call back but never received a return call. 

Got few leads for my advertising but realize that is a crap shoot.
