Homes.com Homes Connect Real Estate Leads not delivered as discussed Internet

Homes.com contacted me concerning providing leads in my area for Real Estate buyers and sellers.  They told me how they "scrubbed"  the leads to be certain that they were valid and that I could expect a certain range over the course of my contract with them which averaged about 10-15 leads a month.  For that I paid a little over 100 per area, I bought two.  In the four months I have been paying them they have provided me with under 20 very low quality leads.  None in June and one in July.  They apologize and said they can't control the number of leads I get.  Not what they told me when they were selling the lead gereration "service"  They will rip you off without blinking an eye and you will get nothing in return.  Do not believe their promises!!
