Homesearch.com as I said wants $400.00 for financial consultation and it is only a budget they work outand then a montly fee for using there listing.You can learn on your own how to budget your money if you really want to,MPI realtors want up front money to get you in the program then they are suppose to repair your credit.Lets face it a lot of bad credit can only be done away with in time and by building better credit by making monthly paymentson time.I also feel this pre-approval BS should be done away with because if banks and lending companies find one small thing wrong there goes out the window your pre-approval. so only time and hope with persistance can cure financial problems and credit.
