We were made big promises by the salesman, which i had put into writing on the contract. Hsd went back on their original deal after we had payed out thousands! Then they charged our account before the salesmans agreed date and didn't return my phone calls. Looking at our records provided by HSD we noticed that they gave us some other unlucky vendors contract instead of ours, as well as having one page of ours included, without contract signatures attached.
Communication has been non-existent with this company. I called and spoke with someone in the Boise office who promised to look into the situation and call me back in a couple of hours. Over 2 weeks has passed without a call back. I have made several calls since then only to get answering machines and unreturned phone calls.
HSD made an unauthorized charge against our card since that time and this charge was substantial. We are pursing legal action!

I am the GM of Gig Harbor Windows and wish to file this public update to our original report. After discussing this matter with HomeShow Daily's Corporate Office we have come to a new agreement and understanding. Gig Harbor Windows has been treated fairly, respectfully, and professionally by HomeShow Daily. They have communicated well with us, understanding our position and refunded the money in question. Further, they have made a considerable effort to salvage our business relationship and have regained the trust of our company by doing so.
We at Gig Harbor Windows are reasonably optimistic about our relationship with HomeShow Daily and will continue to work with them to better our business by utulizing their lead services. We would actually reccomend HomeShow Daily now, mentioning that communication with HSD corporate office is reccomended in order to take advantage of thier several benefits to serve their clientele.
