Sellers Beware of listing your home with HomeSmart Realty. You think you can trust them with a key to show your home and find your identity stolen and your credit cards charged with vacations.
Never leave an Agent from this Company alone in your house to show your house. Your privacy will be invaded and you will find a can of worms undoing identity theft with the police, the FTC, banks and the Social Security dept. A Nightmare!
Sellers Beware! They lie about their own backgrounds saying they are medical physicians and heirs to a UK throne, promise staging that never happens, get you to lower your selling price to a giveaway price, pull a switch on the listing agreement to make it 5 months and make you spend a lot of money fixing up your home at a giveaway price.
You cannot trust this rreal estate company and not a word the agents say. The Broker is not at all bothered about the agents and Trudy Moore (the Broker for this office)took it lightly like she could not care less.
