 Renter Beware Do the Math  , these folks will over charge you  if you decide to buy beware with the numbers. I wanted to buy an item which I was rented and after doing the mathI found out that the amount they claim was a pay off amount was different from what I had added up. After talking to them for a while I ws told there was a tech error and they was going to look into it.

The COUCH AND LOVE SEAT I got was used and said it had been pre rented for only a month, one of my cushions was flat like someone had set on it for a month never got it replaced, They claim they had to order it.

Also I notice that a bottom leg on the couch was chip and broken same side with the flat cushion.

I am not in a habit of giving my hard to money to some company trying rip me off.

DO NOT RENT FROM HERE AND IF YOU DO !! DO THE MATH YOU SO KNOW WHERE YOU MONEY IS GOING,

shoe polish

Welll shoe polish may cover a crack but it does nothing for the repair. I did not notice the crack on the leg till I went to move the couch and saw it was cracked and the screw look stripped.

Yes it was on show room floor I did not know the cushion had a issue till was it was in my apartment and I sat on it and sank in at first I thought that was the way it was suppose to be till I sat on the other cushions and they were firm. And yes I did call the store and repaort the problem  be two month still waitinh for a replacement.

Bottm Line... I am ready to have them pick these stuff up  and be done with the matter. Which I hope will take place tomorrow.

Where was this item when you got it? Was it on the showroom floor where you could have seen the cushion and the leg of couch?  I have done alot of business with rent-to-own companies on the coast, and I did know what I was getting. Shoe polish would fix the couch leg.
