Homestar Property Soultions; Michael Breese HSPS; HomeStarPS; hsps-usa; HSpropertysoultions; formerly Energy REO; formerly NRCS Owes for over 90days invoiced for Fannie Mae projects (but Fannie has paid them)!!!! maple grove mn; also in Florida and East coast Minnesota

We have worked with hsps (formerly Energy REO) off and on for 4 years.  They have never been speedy to pay (30-45 days) but they have been contiunally later and later.  We have only done 6 jobs for them this year and the first 3 were paid at around the 45 day timeframe.  The last three are OUTRAGEOUS!  We billed them for 2 of the jobs 8/28/13 and after much calling and emailing (without much response on their part), we received a check for one of the jobs on 10/10/13--sounds great, eh--until the CHECK BOUNCED!!!  After much calling (and getting through to NO ONE since "all voice boxes are full"-) we got a live body who told us "our checks don't bounce" -- after more phone calls, they admitted it was a "bank error"

due to the check run being "unauthorized"--well, fine but we still have a check that is no good--you would think (if the money was there) that a response of "so sorry we will re-issue a check immediately" since it was THEIR error but NOOOOO we still have to call and call (trying to get through to someone is a big problem with this company) and finally get a live person who takes care of the problem 25 days later!!!!  As to the other invoice from the same date--still not paid on it --no one can tell us when we will be paid (it is at 90 days old) and we still have another invoice out there that is 30 days old--

not going to hold my breath on that one since I doubt we will see anything by the end of the year.  We have also called Fannie Mae (who owned the properties we did the work on) and they are just as hard to get through to!  Fannie confirmed that hsps has been paid on all these jobs (for the work WE did on them, i might add) so our only solution is to file liens on them and watch Fannie squawk when they try and sell them.  Moral of the story....STAY AWAY FROM HOMESTAR Property Solutions-Fannie pays them and the owners (Michael Breese and his brother-in-law Keegan Wallace) take the money to buy themseleves new hummers or speed boats or whatever their black hearts desire...........
