I saw like 50 ads on craigslist while looking for a house so I should have known. Called the number to find out what the requirements were to take over payments on a property. They sent me an email with a promo code which is the sale guys id number. Make sure you get your commission! Then he told me that they needed to charge me a one time fee of $3.95. I told him that I wasn't sure about signing up right now and would call back later if I was interested. Then he started yelling at me about wasting his time and if I wasn't interested then I shouldn't have called. Then he asked me for a visa, mc, or amex number. When I told him that I really wasn't sure now he yelled at me again and told me to never call back unless I wanted to give him my credit card number. Then he  hung up on me.
