I had a 3 year contract with Hometeam security and close to the end of the contract I had missed 2 payments. A lady from the company called and told me I had to pay the remaining balance on the contract (about $450.00).
She then informed me that they were cancelling my contract and no further services would be given. There were indeed no further services given, however, they turned around and renewed my contract 7 months later.
Recently, I noted an entry by Anderson Crenshaw on my credit report and that is how I becam aware of the situation. There is not a single person at either company who seems to be interested in discussing this matter. In addition, I recieved a phone call several days after my cease and desist letter had been recieved.
At this point, not only will I not pay on a debt I NEVER accrued, but I am looking for other people who would be interested in joining a class for a lawsuit. This can't continue.
