Hometown America Communities Failure to Provide Quiet Emjoyment for it's rental properties Winchester Virginia

Hometown Amercia Communities is a privately held company operated as a real estate invesment trust for it's owners, having mobile home rental communitries in 37 states.

They have strict lease agreements that impose sanctions for a variety of prohibited activities in their community, only it's a sham as they do exhibit any will to provide quiet enjoyment to it's site renters. Two years in the running, my site is located next to perpetual violaters that party all the time and play extremely loud bass-oriented music to run the peace and quiet. Complaints to management have not resulted in any effective actions taken as the offending parties continue their disruptive habits.

It is quite apparent by not enforcing their own park regulations, the company is only interested in lot rent payments with little given in return.

In the vernacular of our time, they "suck" and are not worth the exhorbitant lot rents they charge since their lack of rule enforcement has truly defined my community as a haven for "trailer trash" inspite of it's swimming pool, tennis courts, fishing lakes, and other amneties.
