 I have to call this company each month to get my statement corrected or try to.  I pay my home insurance and taxes personally.  I have lived in the same place for 20 years, this is a very rural area so we relied on a local Post Office to get our mail.  My address changed when we recieved a route and again when we were put into the 911 system.

Each time I have had difficultiy with Homeward Residential because of this change.  They say they are putting money into my escrow account to pay my Insurance, this happens each time my address changes.  I am charged extra moneys on my Mortgage and it takes several calls, e-mails, and Faxes to get them to stop attaching extra moneys to my bill.

In August I made a payment on my home for $500. 78, when it showed up in my bank statement, they had taken 1007.51, I cancelled this this transaction through my bank.  They then took $500.00 from my house payment to put on an Escrow account I did not  authorize.  This is not the first time this has happened. I have made all of my payments on time.  I made my October payment on time and when I tried to make my November payment I was told I still owed for October.  They told me about taking the $500 from my August payment to pay my Insurance.

Escrow issued me a check for over payment of $313.05 and said I was owed another $187.00.

This was on my October statement, but later was told it was a mistake and now I owe that money back.

I am tired of this Company and will join with anyone who wishes to go in with me.  Enough is enough.  NEED HELP
