I paid $3200.00 for a Pergola on July 31st 2009. On May 12th 2010 I noticed the pergola was resting on my roof. David Smith used hurricane anchors on the roof to hold the pergola up. I contacted David to advise him of the problem, he wanted me to pay an additional $250.00 for repairs. My neighbor felt bad for me so he asked me to buy the materials and he will fix it for "FREE". The materials cost less than $25.00. So David was going to pocket $200.00 plus dollars for 2 hours of work? I wish I could get paid like that! So bottom line my pergola is not so stable, next winter will those hurricane anchors bend again and the pergola is resting on the roof again? I think I am out of $3200.00 dollars for poor craftmanship.
I thought I had a guarantee or warranty but I was wrong!

Ok I learned that means, they Do Not Guarentee after the work is done!

This contractor David came to my house to do some work. he took 2 weeks to Build a fence, he and his partner took I seriously fely like, what was as long as humanly possible. They came in the house made a few jokes that weren't funny, made my fiancé feel very uncomfortable, and to top it off when they left tried to snap a picture of her. Turn your phone sound and flash off next time creeper, unless you is it really liked the wall and were too shy to ask for a picture.nthey operate under anew name now. Inside and out home repairs. Home owner beware.
