I had been employed by Honey ado today LLC, John Partridge, Concilium Developement and during this time there were so many unhappy people that I met, so often I was told... you were supposed to be here last week or nobody ever called me back. That was just the beginning, come to find out several times John picked up several of his workers from 7-11 or in a parking lot... many of these people undocumented or even not legal to work in the USA! He would say "Hey if things go wrong how much could it really cost to fix?” "Never more than $1000 so I’m not worried” that statement did not sit well with me at all! In fact it said a lot about his character and in many cases such as black mold being present in a home I took the risk and sprayed it to remove it and was never paid for it plus was told it not a big deal... BLACK MOLD CAUSES CANCER!!

So I worked within a home recently where there were several repairs and I needed to return to complete the light switch diagnosis when they returned from vacation, the repair for everything less materials was $950 and I got a check from the home owner for half which I gave to John and expected the other have from him. It turned out the light switch was fine however it needed the light figure replaced which was above and beyond the original contract (another worker replaced the light) to this day I have not seen the other $475 that is due to me. I have ask repeatedly and simply ignored so I have decided to express my thoughts here in hopes of finally being paid for the work that I performed. John got his half and did not lift a finger, I met the client, I did the repairs and now I have nothing. The home he sent me in Had hard drugs in it such as cocaine and pot and heroine.... I tried to ignore this so I could feed my family and just do the repairs to this home but I can no longer let this go. I will warn anyone that deals with him to stay clear and use caution.
