Hood & Stacy P.A. has violated the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA) and harassed me for debt that I have not acknowledged. Hood & Stacy P.A. in Bentonville, Arkansas is possibly a scam law firm that works with scam collection agencies and fake collection agencies.

Hood & Stacy is also known as H&S Financial, LLC, HS Financial LLC, Pinnacle Finance, Inc. Hood and Stacy is under investigation and has also been reported to the Arkansas State Attorney General office and the Federal Trade Commission (FTC).
