Hoodia, BCC Labs Fraudulent charges, breach of contract Ontario California

I like many others ordered the trial of Hoodia, for $5.95, which I have yet to receive. However, they did take their money. Not only did they take the $5.95 that I did authorize they decided to take an additional $97.41, which I did NOT authorize. I reported this to my bank immediately and they started a fruad packet, I also filed a case with the local Sheriff's department in my area. And in turn gave that info to my bank. I also drove over to the address listed above. It is a good address for a Nova Pointe, LLC. You have to ring a bell before they will let you in. Which I found interesting.

When they did open the door I told them my story and the young lady did not look surprised and she then informed me they are only a full-fillment company for Hoodia. They did give me the toll free customer service number. Which we all seemed to of called India and then got the big run around.

So, I am crossing my fingers that a class action lawsuit is started for this and I will jump with both feet into it. I have the upmost confidence in my bank and I know I will get my money back. But, I say this, I wasted my energy and time, not to mention long distance phone calls, a drive to there full-fillment center and the product I have still yet to receive. I want to be conpensated for the lies and thievery.
