I responded to this companies offer for a trial of their product agreeing to pay for the shipping of $5.95. I never received the product and have now been charged $99.90 that I DID NOT authorize or agree to. I have spent hours calling their customer service number (866-370-7271) and can only get a busy signal 24-7.
I did some research on this company and found out they are owned by NovaPointe, LLC in the city of Ontario. I called their local business number (909) 947-2710 and was rudely told to call customer service. When I told the lady I had been for severals days and can only get a busy signal she told me to try harder.
BEWARE of this compny and do not do business with them. I had to cancel my bank card in order to stop the money from being drafted from my account again.
