I contacted them today and finally got someone to answer the phone. They said there was a very fine print that I agreed to receive more stuff from them because I didn't call within 14 days from ordering the sample. I never saw this and no information came with the product. THey would not refund my money but said they would cancel my account from receiving any further transactions. This is all a scam because I never even received the products that they charged me for. I hope something can really be done about this.
