I ordered a free sample of their Hoodia product unaware that they were going to continue to send and bill additional bottles. I do not know how to get them to stop. I get no invoice in package, just the bottle. When I write to return address I hear nothing, so I do not know if they are receiving my message or not. They just keep coming and charging my account. I do not know what I should do?

You should always read the terms, conditions, contracts, etc. before you agree to some transaction. The following is an excerpt from the HoodiaPlex Labs homepage, terms and conditions link. Do what you will with it.

"2. Canceling: If you decide you do not wish to participate with the Premium Customer Program, simply contact us within 14 days from the date of the initial order. You may cancel by calling 1-800-597-8654 Monday Friday, 8:00am 4:00pm PST. I authorize the charge for my free supply plus shipping and handling of $5.49. I also authorize to be charged for the Premium Customer Program for $98.95 for a 30-Day Supply if I choose not to cancel. We reserve the right to make modifications and changes, at any time, to these terms and conditions that we deem necessary, without prior notification."

I'm not sure if it matters legally, but the terms & conditions has a mixed point of view (first and second person).

Personally, I would call them, tape the call, and refuse to accept any more of their product. Ask for their snail mail at the time of call and reiterate the discussion and the will to end your agreement with the company in a registered mail to them. Return their future sent product unopened, and possibly with a registered return receipt. The way the terms read, it seems they could charge your for their product forever, unless you quit within the first 14 days.
