This company was so he'll bent on selling this truck to me they offered free maintance, tires, oil changes, just the works. Also an huge ad of a new building with free car washes , new 600 feet long. A new Subway Sandwich joint and giant service department This was in 2013. I purchase a truck in May of 2014. No one in that company can tell me when this is going to happen. That's my first beef. The one that happened today was my appointment at 3pm. They close at 6pm. Just my free service check up. I was told that I had to leave my truck over night , Saturday the 22nd and could pick it up Sunday afternoon. I can't . I need it tonight and Church in the morning. If they can't do the work that day then that needs to be advertised up front so everyone knows that 3 hours is not enough time to Change the oil. I planned , showed up on time and was told they could not do it. They where not busy. Very poor service an more ofthe lies of all the new selling gimmes is a joke. They have one guy with a hose as the car wash. Poor salesmanship free service. No Subway. No one knows when. Can't get service. The Lies, lies , lies. No one could tell me what time I could bring my car in Saturday without leaving it half a day and night and the next day. That's it. That's my complaint. False advertising and lies of service quality. Very upset and wish I could do something. Anything to get help. I'm a handicap senior citizen , trying to keep my faith.
