I started receiving mail with my company name and the names of random people. These people did not work for me. When I did a search for these names along with my company name, they showed up on Hoovers.com as owners of my company. Another search just for the names did not gring up any results. I have no idea how they came up up with these names? The only information that Hoovers had correct was my mailing address, everything else was incorrect. Hoovers said they get their information from their parent company Dun & Bradstreet.
It took a couple phone calls and emails, but Hoovers did remove all my company information. D & B is another story, very difficult to deal with.
Except for my street address, all of my companty details were just made up as far as I could tell.

I & my husband started a soul food restaurant called A Little Touch Of Soul I was approached when trying to get just my D&B # to pay $299 to help build up my credit report which we declined because we have dealt w/ this corrupt agency before & had nothing but incorrect lies which helped destroy our 1st company so we refused to deal w/ them they in turn put negative information about A Little Touch Of soul which we confronted them & they agreed to make a wrong into a right which as to date they have not but harmed us even more I wish that the people who were harmed by Dunn & Bradstreet that we go after them in a class a action suit for Defamation of character & ruining businesses reputations its about time to put an end to there deceptive games.
