I was scammed out of $1800 by Mellissa Page, Alex Lee, Lillie Parks, and Chris Ward. They had me under the impression that they were approving a loan modificaiton for me with my lender, NATIONSTAR MORTGAGE. I was sent documents via email that looked official. They even had my lenders logo on the documents that I was sent. They said that they were setting me up on a 3 month trial  and they would handle everything bc my lender would not work with me.

I was interested and desperate bc my lender did give me a hard time at first trying to get a modificaiton processsd. It's a good thing that I also applied for a modification with me lender on my own (to see which would go through faster). Had I not done that, my husband, 8 children and I would have been outdoors.

I began getting suspicious when I realized that they hadn't been contacting my lender. I emailed my lenders the documents that HOPE RETENTION CENTER sent me and my lender advised me that they were FAKE. I questioned them and they instantly got upset and began being rude. I was given a fax number to send a letter in requesting a refund and advising that I would not like to take advatage of their offer and I have yet to hear back from them. I sent the letter on 5/30/2014.They stop answering my calls.

I want my money and these people need to be stopped. My famiily has been through so much these last few yesars. My sister in law died of breast cancer. My husband and I are raising her 4 children. We have 4 children. I lost my father on 2/9/2014. This has been a horrible experience and I want these people to be STOPPED and HELD ACCOUNTABLE for RIPPING off people that are already STRUGGLING>
