Horchow has been running an online promotion "Free Shipping Site Wide" --and claim that "standard delivery is free". However, they have added "Delivery and Processing" charges to all if not most items.

When contacted, they claim that some items require additional shipping. This promotion is totally bogus!! Since when is "Shipping" any different than "Delivery" charges. They're simply playing a shell game by re-naming their charges. Do they believe online customers are that stupid??!!

They should re-name their brand 'WH**E-chow" for being so misleading!!

Horchow now offers "free shipping sitewide" -- and have simply re-named the shipping charges as "delivery charges" -- and they're not FREE. Another totally BOGUS promotion from this sleezy online marketer.
