Horizon Financing charged me $500.00insurance deposit for a guaranteed loan of $5,000.00 on 11-14-08,and as of today i still have not received that loan. Kingstons jamaica

On 11-13-08 i received a phone call from a Mr.Paul Roberts stating to me that i had been approved for a $5,000.00 loan. He told me that i had 3 options for obtaining the loan 1) to get a co-signer, 2) the title to a vehicle, 3) $500.00 insurance deposit. I did not have the first two so went for #3 which was my rent money because he said it was guaranteed. Then i was transfered to a man named Mr.John Perkins who's number is 1-876-299-2078. He then started giving me excuses saying that i was a much higher risk than anticipated and they had to have more money. I've asked for a refund but i'm still getting some story about being on the net to try to still get me the money and that it will take 30 days for me to get my money back. I realize now that i have been scamed and would like some help in getting my money back if its possible. I would also like to add that i sent this $500.00 western union and the receiver's name was Devron Henriques
