Horizon Lending Services the loan that never was Chicago Illinois

After filling up a loan application at credit.com, i was notified thru email that they would find a lender for me. The next day, a certain Robert Davies of Horizon lending services called informing me that I am approved of a $5000 loan but because I don't have a credit history yet, I should send them 4 months prepayment of the loan amounting to $900.00.

I sent the money thru moneygram to Canada. I gave them the numbers and they told me that they will be depositing the loan to my account within 24 hours. That was Friday, so i have to wait till Monday but nothing came in. I called Mr. Davis, and he said it was out of his hand and transferred me to Larry Marshall. According to Mr. Marshall, the lender wanted additional 4 months prepayment. I asked for a refund of my $900.00 and Marshall said that I will get a refund on the 25th of April and he faxed me a guaranty letter.

April 25th came and still nothing came in so I called and they both said it will be deposited definitely midnight of 26th. The following morning when I tried to call them, I couldn't get a hold of them anymore. When I dial the number it will automatically say..."Thank you'"

I filed a report with the internet police and the ramsey county police contacted me and they said they will coordinate with chicago police. I hope that they will be able to close these bogus company and punish the people involved in it. I need the money very badly and i would be very grateful if it would be returned to me.


I hope that these people Davis and Marshall will get what they deserve. I still believe in "karma".
