Horizon Rewards Certs Inc. Definately out of business, learned a lesson Maitland, Florida

I also had the same problem with Horizon Rewards. I went to the address on Lucien Way in Maitland, and it was a vacant office.

I have a friend that is a private investigator, John Martin, located in Florida also. He did some checking on this company and found they did close in July of 2011, and all members of the establishment had declared bankruptcy.

He also checked to see if any other businesses have been opened since under the owners name, and there hasnt been.

My last attempt was to contact the state, and was told that Horizon Rewards was forced to close their doors, and that no civil action can be taken against them due to the bankruptcy, and the fact it was a corporation, protected under the law.

I feel at this point it is a lesson learned.
