Horizon Suzuki, Gwinnett Suzuki, Kar Planet, Inc. beware Fawad Ahmad business operating as Kar Planet, Horizon Suzuki Duluth Georgia

...Horizon Suzuki, Kar Planet, Inc., Gwinnett Suzuki, beware any of these businesses, CEO and principal is Fawad Ahmad. currently incorporated as Kar Planet, according to the State of Georgia. They are not a Better Business Bureau listed company, but they have earned an F rating from the BBB, never the less!!,,,,and for very good reason. They sell high end cars for less,,,in very poor shape, wrecked, etc. They do not stand behind their warranty to fix them, nor do they stand behind any committments made verbally or in writing. They are linked to all the car sales sites and have changed their name at least twice.

I purchased an automobile from them this past spring, which I immediately found out from Infiniti dealer service, had an oil pan which leaked. After 2 weeks in Horizon shop for repairs, their mechanics had done so much damage to the vehicle, including cracking the oil pan and damage to wiring, suspension, etc. it was one step away from needing a new engine....

After taking it to a reputable infiniti dealer, $3000 later I had a sound vehicle. They promised to reimburse the cost of repairs to me, and to the BBB, but so far, the "check is always in the mail", and no resolution. I will be taking them to small claims in order to force them to respond with payment. The infiniti mechanic and service department documented the entire damage before and after Horizon 'fixed' my car, and they have offered to assist me in anyway possible...Even they had never seen the likes of the incompetence show by Horizon mechanic.

In summary, they have no integrity. I highly recommend that you reconsider making any purchase from them, and I am astounded that Suzuki allows them to use their name and branding in any form or fashion...
