We purchased the business (reselling GPS system) after receiving a flyer and speaking to Ken Emrath & Laura Magana(our personal coach)on 05/05/06. I was faxed an order form which I signed w/a domain name for a website and faxed it back with a credit card payment of $2429.00-and was told I would be receiving a package in the mail (FedEx).

The next day, I received a call from Alan from Angel Star Sales and he sold us on 6,000 postcards to be mailed out every month for 6 months. The price was $6900.00. A week had gone by and when I did not receive the package (Get Started Package) and the GPS system that was promised, I began to call. I had left several dozen phone calls and emails, and no one would return my call. At one point they tried to charge my credit card for webhosting, but after disputing with the credit card company stating we are not doing business with this company we cancelled the card.

I've disputed this with my credit card companies, and after 6 months of trying- the companies no longer wish to dispute this. So I'm stuck paying out over $9300 plus interest and I have nothing to show for it!

It was certainly presented as a sound business opportunity and not until I wasn't receiving return phone calls or emails, we looked into it further. It seems that this company has been ripping off people for a very long time.

We no longer wish to receive any of the items described above-this company has seemed to hurt all that has been involved with them. We are looking for a full refund of the purchase price of Get Started Package, and the postcards-which we have not receive. We have made several attempts to cancel everything, including the website with not response from the company.

They should no longer be able to do business in the state of Arizona, or anywhere in the US. After doing more research have found that they are also doing business in California.

We have never received the GPS system, the postcards (which we were to receive the master list of the individuals and companies they were mailing to), the advertising materials, or the starter package for the business opportunity. We have paid $9329.00 on 2 different credit cards and haven't received ANYTHING. We have attempted to dispute these charges with Angel Star Sales, Horizon Technologies, Millennium GPS, etc. with no response from all the messages we had left. We have also disputed these charges with our credit card companies-with no results for a refund.

Having posted many disputes on various websites as this one, we were contacted last week by a woman who finally settled for 1/2 her money back from the company and part of the deal was not to contact any of the individuals she's been in touch with. Let's all keep at it!

You have received nothing??

AUTHOR: S - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Monday, March 05, 2007

Joe, You indicated that you have received nothing after purchasing from Horizon more than 6 months ago? That is absolutely not possible, unless you refused your materials. All materials are sent FedEx with a signature required. All of the materials that are purchased are sent FedEx or USPS and require a signature for delivery. Are you saying that you didn'r receive your materials, that your business web-site was not built, that you didn't receive your GPS device if you bought one? Having been at Horizon for several years, I know that every package is sent, every device is shipped, every advertising piece is sent.

You also said that your credit card company did not give you a refund. That is because they reviewed your claims and found that Horizon fulfilled your purchase as agreed.

You also mention that a woman contacted you to tell you that she had received a refund of 50%, but wasn't supposed to contact anyone regarding the refund. How kosher is that? She agreed on a refund and agreed to the terms and then broke them talking to you.

Joe, why don't you call Horizon and ask to speak to a supervisor and ask for some assistance to work with you in your business. You paid for it. Every business requires effort, GPS is growing every day.
