Horizon Travel took $4,000 and made many promises to save us money on flight,cruises, and hotel. At first we did not want to sign up but they pressure us and they use different tackit, finally the gave us a 500 voucher to use toward our next trip and promise us a free vacation to Europe, Which we finally agree to and sign a contract. Everytime I call no one from that company pick up the phone and the many phone number were all directed toward TCI travel and TCI claim that they are no longer with Horizon company. This is hard to believe that TCO have no way of knowing how we can contact that company. Horizon took Thousand of dollars from everyone in that room and they got away with it. I Think TCI travel need to be punish with this company for comming up with scam.

TCI and Horizon Travel are the same company. So don't even believe TCI. They will try and convince you that they have nothing to do with them, but they are one in the same.
