I too attended a Horizon Travel presentation in Norwalk, CT in July of 2006. I was doubtful at first about the prizes, but they looked and sounde so ligit. I did not buy there package - though we were quite impressed with what they offered.

Anyway we won the cruise - I sent in $100.00 deposit anmd received the letter to pick dates. That's as far as I got I tried to call them numerous times and get a recording or answering machine is full. Now that I have seen all of these complaints I figure I have been duped also.

I am going to have an Attorney write a letter and see where that gets or contact The Attorney General's Office of my state. With all the people that attending this there ghave to be others in my state who have been scammed.
