Horse.com / State Line Tack Rip Off on discounts, special promotions and shipping charges Nationwide

 Be aware of horse.com and stateline tack online horse supply stores. They are getting you on the shipping and weight charges. They promote special promotions of 25 and 30% off and then stick you on the shipping charges. I just called them to question them on an order I was about to place which weighed 4 lb and they were charging me $10.49 for shipping. I looked back at previous orders and I used to pay 4 months ago $6.00 for 10 lbs. The customer service rep seemed not to care, even when I explained to her that I had been a customer of 12 years, and that I would stop buying from them immediately. She just said that she had been there for 2 years and that their shipping charges have been the same. Well, I proved it to her by pulling a previous order from February 2016. She also stated that the shipping charges had a lot to do with the different specials and promotions. Being that said, they offer you a 25% off the supplies, but they put it back to you on shipping and weight charges at a higher price. She did not care at all, and I asked her three times to pass it up the chain if she could, and she just said she would tell her supervisor. It was great doing business with you at one point horse.com. Not anymore. I order from Amazon and basically the shipping is free and way faster. Thank you.
