I requested HORSIN AROUND INC to transport a horse from Texas to Oregon. Paid them IN FULL via Bank check dated July 7th 09. They gave me a "next Tuesday" pick up date.
They never showed to pick up the horse stating "truck trouble" a week went by and they said the driver "took a vacation" I called or emailed them every day or two and got the story, we will get it done.
After a month the folks that were keeping the horse had to go out of town and there was my horse............I had to find another transport company to pick up the horse, now I have TWO substantial amounts of money out.
Deanna Rubio said the would refund my money. Has NOT happened and the phone number on their website is nonfunctional and they do not answer their emails
Isn't Interstate Fraud a federal offense ???
