 Im so glad Rip Off report is here to be a platform for the first amendment !! So now the WHOLE story is told. My clients urged me to tell my side of the story. And I have. THE TRUTH HAS SET ME FREE!!!!

If you continue to use this form of communication to harrass me I will contact the BBB and file a complaint with the proper authorities.

Dawn Labertew, of OSTARA OF THE OAKS is a self proclaimed certified witch. Her previous business was Spirtirual Ramblings. Visit her web site ostaraoftheoaks.com . She claims to speak to dead pets and people and predicts the future.  NEED I SAY MORE..!!!!!!!!! 

There is always two sides to the story.....unfortunately, the business in question never told all the details ...remaining to be professional and letting the dust settle and take care of the demands this client, Dawn Labertew asked for. We clearly wanted her to go away, but being about customer service we took care of her desires.

Ironically there were no reciepts with all these claims. It was all verbal.  This  long time client , Dawn Labertew, got angry and mad and lashed out. The business has retained all of her emails where she states that she was on drugs and not in her right state of mind when she lashed out at the business. The business took care of Dawn Labertews needs and beyond. That is what a good busness does. Her complaint is the only one we have had in three years of operation. Our status with the BBB is an A.

As time went on, it seemed unfair to not be at peace with this evil situation.....and tell the "other" side of the story.

Dawn Labertew of Ostara of the Oaks gave me unsolicited and horrifying,information.  She told me one of my children was in grave danger regarding their health. I do not believe in witchcraft and frankly it scared me to death and was very, very disturbing. I wanted no part of her.

I hope Dawn Labertew of OSTARA OF THE OAKS does not do to others what she did to us. A restraining order will be in place in case she decides to cast a nasty spell.

In light of recent activity I felt I needed to follow up on this report, just so everyone knows that Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewelry does not have the "sterling" customer service she thinks she has.

On March 13, 2012 Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewelry sent me harrassing emails, blaming my posts online and with the Better Business Burea has ruined her reputation and she is not able to get a job as a dental assistant. What?! I thought she was a traveling and online vendor that sold jewelry! My reply was I was a former customer and will not be treated in this manner and if she did not stop I would file a complaint with BBB.

March 14, 2013 Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewlery again contacted me via email. I filed a complaint with BBB.

I recently found out she has ripped off another customer, Anita of Cowgirls Don't Cry reported that she too has paid for jewelry and that she has not received. Anita is the kindest most giving person in the world, her friends and customers adore her, she truly knows what customer service is. The last time Anita contacted Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewelry about her jewelry the response she received from Maryelaine Harris was "I don't deal with flakes." and she hung up on Anita. I've urged Anita to file a complaint with the BBB.

If anyone has done business with Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewelry. and has paid for jewelry they have not received, I urge you to file a complaint on Ripoff Report and also the Better Business Burea.

Do not let this happen to one more customer. What Maryelaine Harris of Horsin Around Jewelry has done and is still doing is wrong!

Our reputation is sterling and we are known for our customer service.  Simply stated, this unfortunate incidence is based on a falling out of a personal friendship.  Attempts by our company, to make Dawn Labertew, of Spiritual Ramblings, happy have been met with constant difficulty. Her inability to make up her mind served to be challenging. 

At this point in time her demands have been met and EXCEEDED.  Here in, is a copy of the text from her last email.

 Dawn states: Received package yesterday. Complaints that I have filed have been updated, informed that you sent me compensation, and asked to be removed. 

 There will be no further communications regarding this matter.
