Host Dime Surpass Hosting, Many Vivar Worst Hosting Company Ever, Corporate Lies On Recording Lexington, Kentucky

So this case has been going on since late last year of 2011. At the beginning of the new year we had 6 dedicated servers with Host Dime 3 of which were cancelled or suspended and they just kept charging us for them even though we had cancelled them. We also had 3 active servers and they just cut all of them off and slapped us with a bill that was $1800 almost $1000 over what we realled owed and told us they were not providing services again, then they slapped a bunch of late fees on every invoice and charged us for servers that weren't even on for 2-3 months and then acted like we weren't paying any of our bills. Even though we were and they shut off active servers that we were paying for.

The mods at Web Hosting Talk must be paid off by Host Dime because they removed my recording and closed all my posts and there was a bunch of people that just signed up within hours to come and tell me what a whinny customer I was. They said it was illegal to post recordings of Host Dime even though their phone system says EVERY TIME you call them that this call is being recorded.

My Post From WHT (Which was edited, parts deleted, closed and told by users that had just signed up within a few minutes of my posting (Obviously Host Dime employees)

This message is primarily posted as a status update on Host Dime's inability to conduct proper internet business. I'm posting this because I value my customers data and my data above most things in my life and up to this point Host Dime has refused to work with me and lied about the successful delivery of my data multiple times. I have records of all of this for you to decide, however at this point I would like to remind you
that I have been a customer at Surpass Hosting LLC & Host Dime for over 8 years. I've paid my bill on time for those 8 years and never had a charge back for services, the amount of money I have paid Host Dime  isn't even really that high up on bigger business but the fact of the matter remains is I have paid Host Dime large sums of money consistently for 8 years... Host Dime has lied to me and given me little to no
options to pay my bill even after consistently giving me the run around.

I have offered to pay the bill in full with my credit card and they have refused. They are telling me all I can do is wire transfer them money. I have them recorded and I have posted the recording so everyone can hear them giving me the run around. I'm a US Federal Contractor my credentials are DUNS:014047396 CAGE:6L0V5 ZIO INC Active in CCR; Registration valid until 01/29/2013.

Much sensitive government data is on those drives and Host Dime has done absolutely nothing to ensure successful delivery of my clients data. My business is on hold at the moment and we have secured a much more secure provider that exhibits better business practices however when business grows business finance systems grow as well. Sometimes it takes a while to get the financing in place, however at this point it is in place and we would like to move our data away from Host Dime but at this point they are refusing to take payment or even allow us to drive to their business and pick up and verify the data is in working order.
