I have been with this company since 2004. When service is up, there is no problem. When it's down, the "fun" begins. They take FOREVER to respond to a problem. Their customer service seems to be based in India, so they are on a completely different time frame from the USA. All communication is by email. They have no phone contact available. Their communication style is curt and comes across as rude. We have to go back and forth several times to get my question answered either because they don't understand the question or they have not stated the answer clearly.

Several times I have randomly had my passwords or log-in information changed with no notification.

The last issue is that two websites just completely disappeared. They tried to make out like it was my fault. I was completely locked out of my site and they couldn't give me passwords to get back in. Finally, they just stopped responding to my emails at all. I asked for a refund and that was ignored as well. I ended up having to rebuild my sites from scratch as everything- the database, the data, photos- EVERYTHING was completely wiped out. I cannot tell you how much that cost me in time and lost revenue.
