Here is a photo of the binge drinking smoke filled80s pop star wanna be... Liz Maddox, she acts very "inappropriately"a personal trainer hired by Host Gator to do a professional coaching job has been anything but professional.

Liz Maddox acts very inappropriately during her training sessions with new trainees. Several employees have complained about her excessive odors that emanate from the alcohol that reeks from her body. The smell
overwhelms you and it was very difficult to concentrate in class before going on to the floor. She constants obsesses about her addictive smoking problem while in training and my ears were forced to hear it over and over again. She hovered over each of us like a grandma speaking very inappropriately as well as her bad breath blowing in your nostrils for two solid weeks.

Luckily I was one of the few that so called received "preferential treatment" from her which in my mind was anything but preferential. I went along with the embarrassments and the ridicule to make it on the production floor. When you get up to go on break and forget to log your computer, I have seen her on numerous occasions leave nudity as your screen saver when you get back.

This is very disruptive because instead of other forms of disciplinary actions she uses embarrassment and nudity-screen savers to ridicule people. This is obviously someone that perhaps learned the system well
enough to get the job, however perhaps a lack of a 4-year degree and professionalism to keep her job. She is constantly yelling and screaming at people that are nearly twice her age.

Was very pleased to make it out of training and onto the production floor. Sincerly, believe the working potential of each student there at Host Gator good be exponentially increased if Liz Maddox was no longer
present at this company. She is ripping employees out of a good education and a good system Host Gator.
