My report is about an unethical business practice of Hostress, LLC.
Around Thanksgiving 2014, I purchased several VPS packages and prepaid for them 1 year in advance.
Around the beginning of July 2015, my VPS were down and I received an email from them (probably sent to all their affected customers) that the data were wiped out. I didn't have an issue with that since it was the customer responsibility to keep a backup of their own data. However, since my data were gone and I didn't want to start over, I requested them to refund me the unused portion of the prepayment. They refused.
I am writing this report for consumers to be awared of the unethical business practice of Hostress, LLC.
