Hot Zone Leads doesnt pay or pays very late Internet

Sharon Hennes is the owner.  Amanda Swanson, Sharon's daughter, is the president.  Bethany Kelley is the vice president.  I had worked for them for over 1.5 years.   In the last several months, Sharon has been paying everyone 3-5 days late if at all even though we are supposed to be getting paid every Friday.  I have asked for my $56 that was to be paid on 9/23/16 almost everyday and have been told tomorrow until yesterday.  Sharon tried to tell me that I had leads from 3-4 weeks ago that have come back and she doesnt want to pay me for them.  My hundreds and hundreds of leads from the last 1.5 years were ok until now.  I think not.  I refuse to allow her to take advantage of me since she is having money issues. 

It is sad to say, for the few callers that are still working for her, but I do not believe she will not be in business much longer.  She told us on a meeting just a few days ago 85% of time the leads get to the agents on time.  She said that was good.  It actually isnt.  She is not getting them to the agents 100% on time due to callers leaving and not calling for her due to not getting paid on time.

Sharon doesnt understand that paying late or not all affects not just the caller but the callers family as well.  This causes our bills to be late and we get late fees that we have to pay due to her inability to pay on time.  It has caused my child to go without and that is just unacceptable.  This $56 was supposed to get my son a winter coat.  She claims to care about about all of her callers but she really doesnt.
