Hotcareerpro.com Will not let me finish the application and no response from company Atlanta Georgia

I signed up for employment help with this company, receive an e-mail stating
'Our Human Resources Department recently received the online application you submitted for the Customer Service Rep position with Hot Career Pro . Their review of your application has led them to conclude that you meet the initial requirements for employment in this position. They have forwarded your application to be considered as a potential candidate for the Customer Service Rep position.

If you are still interested in the position please visit our website at: this is a link, it then shows the Username and Password, I enter and get the following message...

'Customer Service Representative for Job Match Now Careers

Hello 'name', we are still evaluating your application.

Generally applications are evaluated by 12PM Eastern on the business day after you have applied. Please try back after that time.'

I have 3 e-mails for 3 separate applications and have been trying for weeks but still get the same message. The only customer contact support is to e-mail info@hotcareerpro.com, but I never get a response from this either. By this time, the employer thinks there is no interest.
