While on the Internet, a link to "HotCloseouts2013" appeared. Since I was on the Kohls website I thought it was one of their links. It was a penny auction site offering a "free" package of 25 bids. You have to register however, to get access to the 25 bids.

The registration process requires credit card information (in case you want to buy more bids). You are then sent a confirmation email to verify your email address. Immediately after you receive your confirmation email, you receive an email receipt for the $99.00 purchase of a 200 bid package. 

I reread the fine print terms and found no mention of this automatic purchase. I refused to use anything else on the site and immediately called my bank to refute the charge which will take months.
