This company falsely represents themselves as specific hotels through online searching tools. When you call, they also misrepresent themselves as the being directly with the hotel. After booking with them, they charged me a rate that was ~30% higher than was discussed on the phone and charged other "travel protection" fees that were never disclosed or approved. Stay away from this company... they are nothing but a headache.
