Worst company that exists! Do not use this website to make reservations! Please stay away! This company is a total rip off! Terrible customer service! The worst!

They're not worth the couple of extra bucks you think you're going to save! I never received a reservation confirmation email or number. I called a week prior to my check in date to cancel one night and switch room types and rep told me I would be "called back". Nobody every called me back until three days before my check in date to only tell me the rooms couldn't be changed. My cancel night request was never even addressed! This was done on purpose so I wouldn't get a refund!

When I talked to the extremely rude rep named Taylor she said I needed to cancel 72 hours prior. I told her I had called a week prior and issue wasn't resolved. She then said I didn't have to stay the one night but wouldn't be given a refund! I then called several times again only to be place on hold time after time and swapped around from one rude rep to another! I was lied to and told to call the actual hotel for a refund. When I called the hotel, the hotel rep told me they personally didn't any of my credit card information on file, that it was Hotel Plus Portal only that could refund me the one night.

 Finally, after I was placed on hold yet again, someone actually answered telling me that  "Christopher" could help me. When I was placed through to his voice mail he never called me back. I then called again and was placed on hold for over an hour! Then call went straight to voice mail. I called again and a very rude rep named Adam told him Christopher couldn't help me because it was after 5 and then I was hung up on! I wrote a letter to the "management" email address I was given. This place has no manager or supervisor in charge than can help customers. They're only scammers! Awful experience!

Do not waste your time with this company. They need to be SHUT DOWN, and I plan on taking this to BBB. These people can't be scamming innocent victims that work hard for their money!
