Hotfrog.com This company is not serious, I upgraded my account from a free to a $19.00 montly. After I entered my credit card information the system says "You are not a premium customer" I sent an email to the company never got a responds but them my credit card was charged $20.00 and I don't see any changes on my account. I recommend anyone do your home work before you jump, check for reviews first. You don't want to enter your credit card information on any kind of website, specially with business overseas. I signed for a free account at Hotfrog.com then later I enter my credit card as I wanted to up-grade to a paying account which is call premium. After I enter all my credit card information I got a message saying you are not a premium account. But then I check and my credit card information was not way to be found, then I an email since they dont have a phone line. Next morning I noticed the charged of $20.00 on my account and the account I have did not reflected any changes and again my credit card dont show anywhere. I sent a second message to the company and now I am nervous thinking that my credit card can fall into anyones hands specially with a businesses overseas. Please do your self a big favor don't sign or register your credit card information at any place unless you do your home work, check for reviews before you jump. This advise will save you a lot of trouble, don't lern the hardway.

We are sorry for your recent bad experience but it is important to note that Hotfrog has recently been acquired by Moboom Limited. This acquisition will allow Hotfrog to provide you with a wider range of products useful to you and your business and even better service.

As a result of this change of ownership, you may have noticed some changes such as your monthly subscription fee is now being charged by Moboom, on the same pricing and terms and conditions as you have received before.

While we are trying hard to ensure that we are fixing any issues in our process, sometimes it takes hearing from a customer such as yourself to alert us to something that we may be missing.

As always, we appreciate your continued support and understanding. Should you require immediate attention please email me at l(((REDACTED)))
