2-27-2009 I ordered 2 "bargain" dvd's for a total of $23.99 and received a confirmation from Hot Movie Sales [ HMS] for that same amount. Later I also received a second email [three pages] from HMS, reminding me of all the bargains they had to offer- which I did not read past the first few paragraphs. I read it later - too late.
In March I received the $10.99 dvd.
On April 1, 2009, HMS cancelled the other dvd due to being out of stock.

On the next Visa Capital One bill which I received APRIL-7-09 ]
I have been charged:
2-27-09, SSC PRCSG 877-777-7824 561-989-7400 FL $ 1.00
3-2-09, SMTSVGSCTR800-511-6538 561-989-7400 FL $ 1.00
3-2-09, HMS MOVIE 866-566-8437 561-989-7400 FL $ 29.95
3-3-09, HMS MOVIE 866-566-8437 561-989-7400 FL $ 10.99
[ this last charge was legitimate for one of the dvd's]

As soon as I saw the charges, I sent a "support ticket" to HMS and complained about the "overcharge." I also contacted my credit card.
Later HMS sent me an e-mail canceling my memberships and saying that I will get NO refund..
That is when I - finally- first became aware that when you order dvd's from HMS - when you click the "Submit Order" button -- you automatically agree to a
1. $ 29.95 per month charge,
2. plus a $ 1.00 SSC fee per month ,
3. plus another SMTSVGSCTR $ 1.00 fee per month.
You can not order anything without agreeing to this arrangement. This is not made clear at the time you are ordering.

BUT....there is more:
On my next Visa bill, [ which I received the first week of May]
I have additional charges:

4-2-09, SMTSVGSCTR800-511-6538 561-989-7400 FL $ 1.00

[and I haven't received next months Visa bill yet.]
