On October 25,2014 I bought a Tactical Green Laser fron HottestDelEver on Ebay. I did not work. I complained, they sent me a part, it did not fix it. I asked for a complete replacement. THey began doging around, asking me so "send pictures" of the invoice, "Send pictures" of the item, etc. Finally, they gave me an MRA number (70395) and said that due to the "high cost" of the item ($28) I would have to return the item FIRST, then get a refund. I did all that with the MRA on the outside of the package. 

They did not refund my money. It is many weeks later, Ebay won't refnd the money necause it is past 60 days at ths point. I call HDE and email them and they don't call me back.

I am applying with paypal for a refund. Even if I get it, I want to warn others about this ripoff artist.
