hotwire auto sales on 7th street joplin mo sold me car with bad motor and he knew motor was bad overheats in 15-20 minutes name david peanut joplin mo

david peanut sold me a 98 cadalac 4door i made the mistake of driving it for only 6 minutes and bought it he had sunglasses on both outside and inside his office. i then suspected that he did not want me to see his face b ecause he kept the sunglasses on in his office i purchased a 6 month extended warranty from pen in penstate. the first time i drove it for 15 minutes it overheated. at first i thought the coolant was not mixed right, i later found out from sears, autolube on 7th .everts and danner auto off 32 and 7th .the block is cracked the cyliderhead is cracked it has a electrical short that kills thebattery.

i was told this motor has been like this for sometime.david tryed to say i did it.he threatened me when i said i would turn him in to bbb and attorney genneral office.in mo. he told lie after lie to me and to replys to bbb and attorney general when they contacted him.general has a lawsuit with pen for not paying on warranty.bbb sent him 3 letters before he replyed. he talked to evert who delt with pen.he basically said evert lied.i told this dirtbag about all the other places that confimed car trouble. he didnot care..a guy told me david took him for 8000.00.

both cars are in bad shape.he said david knew one car was rusting out.david uses as is sheet to get away with selling bad cars.he gets good cars,but when he gets a lemon he sells it anyway he can.he may have someone try to intimidate me a while back.all this happened about 3 years ago.on way to work a car tailgated me for 8 minutes about 1 or 2 feet with bright lights on behind me.that day i got a reply from bbb in jefferson city.hotwire probably got one too.davidwre is the only person i had problems with at the time. pen also told lies and at present a lawsuit started.i was advised by others not todeal with hotwire.he has proven to be a crook.bbb and attorney gen has all the details.
