Don't fall victim to the selling of credit card payment insurance sold by HSBC Card Services. I paid every month for the service. When I lost my job, I contacted the payment protection company to help me pay my payment. They made me fax my unemployment insurance figures and every one on of my pay stubs for the past year twice to a number in India at a rate of $3.25 per page. I got nothing but the run around for my wasted money. I even called the company in India to speak to a live person. That was another waist of time.
The credit collections people had no sympathy for my plight. Quite frankly they are blood sucking scumbags. Never get a card with them. I never will again.
